Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT Solutions products and services, including hardware and software.
- Manage the IT distribution supply chain and ensure efficient product lifecycle and managed services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, emphasizing effective vendor relationship management.
- Review and promptly respond to emails from leads, prospects, and customers, providing necessary information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage corporate accounts and SLED accounts, ensuring effective communication and service.
- Conduct data mining from platforms like Linkedin, Seamless, and Zoominfo for business development.
- Update and maintain the sales pipeline, requesting quotes from vendors and preparing quotes for clients.
- Follow up on renewals and manage the sales order process, from PO approval to order placement.
- Initiate sales orders, ensuring license confirmation with vendors and deal registration for new opportunities.
- Monitor in-transit orders, provide tracking information to customers, and handle returned orders.
- Coordinate with the accounting team for invoice creation and submission, following up on payment methods.
- Sign up for new partnerships with OEMs to expand product offerings.
- Assist the Operations team in sales order validation and submissions on E-rate and Federal Bids.
- Attend weekly meetings, prepare weekly and annual reports, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Perform other tasks as required to support the overall job role.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales Operations within the IT industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, client management and relationship with IT Vendors.
- Familiarity with Seamless, Linkedin, ZoomInfo, Excel and similar platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
