Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee IT Solutions products and services, including hardware and software.
  2. Manage the IT distribution supply chain and ensure efficient product lifecycle and managed services.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, emphasizing effective vendor relationship management.
  4. Review and promptly respond to emails from leads, prospects, and customers, providing necessary information.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  6. Manage corporate accounts and SLED accounts, ensuring effective communication and service.
  7. Conduct data mining from platforms like Linkedin, Seamless, and Zoominfo for business development.
  8. Update and maintain the sales pipeline, requesting quotes from vendors and preparing quotes for clients.
  9. Follow up on renewals and manage the sales order process, from PO approval to order placement.
  10. Initiate sales orders, ensuring license confirmation with vendors and deal registration for new opportunities.
  11. Monitor in-transit orders, provide tracking information to customers, and handle returned orders.
  12. Coordinate with the accounting team for invoice creation and submission, following up on payment methods.
  13. Sign up for new partnerships with OEMs to expand product offerings.
  14. Assist the Operations team in sales order validation and submissions on E-rate and Federal Bids.
  15. Attend weekly meetings, prepare weekly and annual reports, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  16. Perform other tasks as required to support the overall job role.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in Sales Operations within the IT industry.
  2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  3. Excellent communication, client management and relationship with IT Vendors.
  4. Familiarity with Seamless, Linkedin, ZoomInfo, Excel and similar platforms.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
