Responsibilities:
- Promote IT solutions, including hardware and software products and services.
- Manage the IT distribution supply chain, overseeing product life cycle and managed services.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to achieve specified targets.
- Identify and cultivate prospects, leads, and customers to expand the client base.
- Update and maintain the sales pipeline for effective tracking and reporting.
- Manage corporate accounts and SLED accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Review and respond promptly to emails from leads, prospects, and customers, providing necessary information.
- Address post-sale inquiries or issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct data mining from platforms like LinkedIn, Seamless, and Zoom-info to drive business development.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, emphasizing effective vendor relation management.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to request and prepare quotes for clients, including drafting supporting emails with datasheets.
- Follow up on renewals, track payment orders, and initiate sales orders for timely processing.
- Confirm licenses with vendors once orders are placed and manage deal registrations for new opportunities.
- Track in-transit orders, coordinate with the Operations Team to provide customers with timely tracking information.
- Manage the trace-back process for returned orders, providing consistent client support.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to create and send invoices to customers.
- Explore and sign up for new partnerships with OEMs to expand product offerings.
- Attend weekly meetings and prepare both weekly and annual reports for management review.
- Prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time to meet business development objectives.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage a team effectively.
