Responsibilities:

  1. Promote IT solutions, including hardware and software products and services.
  2. Manage the IT distribution supply chain, overseeing product life cycle and managed services.
  3. Conduct outbound cold calls to achieve specified targets.
  4. Identify and cultivate prospects, leads, and customers to expand the client base.
  5. Update and maintain the sales pipeline for effective tracking and reporting.
  6. Manage corporate accounts and SLED accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  7. Review and respond promptly to emails from leads, prospects, and customers, providing necessary information.
  8. Address post-sale inquiries or issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Conduct data mining from platforms like LinkedIn, Seamless, and Zoom-info to drive business development.
  10. Foster strong relationships with vendors, emphasizing effective vendor relation management.
  11. Collaborate with the Operations Team to request and prepare quotes for clients, including drafting supporting emails with datasheets.
  12. Follow up on renewals, track payment orders, and initiate sales orders for timely processing.
  13. Confirm licenses with vendors once orders are placed and manage deal registrations for new opportunities.
  14. Track in-transit orders, coordinate with the Operations Team to provide customers with timely tracking information.
  15. Manage the trace-back process for returned orders, providing consistent client support.
  16. Collaborate with the accounting team to create and send invoices to customers.
  17. Explore and sign up for new partnerships with OEMs to expand product offerings.
  18. Attend weekly meetings and prepare both weekly and annual reports for management review.
  19. Prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time to meet business development objectives.
  20. Demonstrate the ability to manage a team effectively.

Requirements:

  1. No prior experience is necessary for this entry-level position.
  2. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  3. Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  4. Passionate about sales and eager to learn
  5. Possesses the ability to make outbound calls effectively.
